Within Canada:
The Canadian order form should be used for your purchase as prices are in Canadian dollars. Please print the complete order form and mail to the address below. Canadian money orders and bank drafts are accepted payable in Canadian dollars. We can also accept cheques written on Canadian banks, but it may take 10 days to clear before your order can be filled.
All other countries:
The International order form should be used which has prices in U.S. dollars. Please print the complete order form and mail to the address below. International money orders and bank drafts are accepted, payable in U.S. dollars. Due to difficulties and delays in clearing checks, we are unable to accept International cheques.
